The City of Aberdeen Baker Hughes 10k is the largest race of its kind in the North East of Scotland. Without any consistent branding or marketing material, the race organisers wanted a new identity which unified all aspects and encouraged families to get involved.
I designed an energetic identity and logo which embodied the spirit of the city and the run. Using geometric shapes derived from the route, and colours relating to the race, I built up a design style as well as a logo. I produced the t shirt, medal, banner and poster designs as well as a conceptual advertising campaign.
I designed marketing material aimed at generating hype surrounding the event.
